Elizabeth Thach began her career in Telecommunications with Augat’s in 1994 thru 1996 in manufacturing where she leads a crew’s of 100 plus employee’s in Telco/Telzon products, she learned the in’s and out of operations where she utilized her business degree and she worked her way through to manufacturing engineering where she oversee the outside vendors and in house productions team to make sure that the products being produces are according to engineering/customers spec and are ISO certified and compliance to all code.

In 1998/2000 Thomas & Betts separated it products lines and sold the RF/HFC Broadband side of the business to ACI Communications and moved the Telco/Telzon products to Monterrey Mexico - Elizabeth continues to support the products line as the engineer and products trainer insuring that the products move’s goes smoothly on both side. In March of 2000 ACI Communications offered Elizabeth a position as materials/planning manager and inside sales manager and with multiple hats on every day for 16 years, she finally accepted a Western Regional Sales Manager position with ACI in 2017, even with her busy traveling schedule! She always makes time to help her back office staff whenever she is called upon and she never says no to leaning a hand.

Elizabeth was born in Cambodia and was raised in Southern California but adapted the Cambodian culture and was married at a young age, she moved to the PNW to raises her kids which are now a grown adult. She enjoys spending time with her families and friends just zipping through the open country and coastal roads visiting the local winery or in searching for local eatery. She enjoys all daily outdoor activities and loves to travel and meeting new peoples. Her weekend is never plan but is always fills with destination unknown.
