Mason Dykema is a Field Tech Supervisor for Sparklight in the Boise system. He has been in the industry since 1999. He started as a Field Technician with AT&T in 1999 and has held different rolls through Cable One and into Sparklight. He has been a Technical trainer and a Pole Climbing instructor, as well as moving through the ranks of Field Tech, Senior Field Tech and System Technician leading to his current position as a Field Tech Supervisor.

When Mason is not at work, he is working around their hobby farm or spending valuable time in the outdoors with his wife and two kids. They are usually riding dirt bikes, side by sides in the Idaho mountains or wakeboarding on the lake. Mason is an avid bowler and has held the secretary/treasurer position for 18 years for his league.
