Charles Dillard is a Training Manager at Amphenol Broadband Solutions where he is responsible for product training and curriculum development.
He began his career in telecommunications in 1995 as a Field Technician. His field experience eventually led him to the world of technical and safety training where he would become supervisor in both disciplines. Within the last 10 years, Charles transitioned into curriculum development where he managed teams of Instructional Designers within field operations.
Prior to joining Amphenol Broadband Solutions, he spent 26 years with Charter Communications.
